The company provide these services to a wide range of institutions and businesses in private, public sectors, NGOs, INGOs, CSOs in Kenya and beyond.

The company is run by a competent and professional group of staff who have hands-on and in-depth experience in travel, tourism management and supply chain management. Our staff members are skilled and dedicated in supply chain, reservation of tickets, team building facilitation, Airport transfers, conference and accommodation bookings, event management, excursions, rapporteur services, interpretation services, office general supplies.. We walk the journey with our clients from the beginning to the end of the event.

Lucy Wambui; Founder & CEO

10 Years of Experience

Lucy Wambui has a strong background in hospitality and event management. She is highly adaptable, motivated and abreast with the current world of events. With over 10 years-experience, she’s completely self-taught and has successfully developed and executed many corporate events to a wide range of institutions in Kenya and beyond the region. Her strengths include but not limited to, key attention to details, highly organized and passionate in what she does. As the founder, Lucy is balanced in her ability to lead and develop.

Lucy Kithinji; Lead Rapporteur & Report Writing Specialist

10 Years of Experience

Lucy Kithinji is a seasoned development communication professional with over ten years of experience. She is passionate and experienced in proceedings writing, SEO content writing, development of IEC materials, and report-writing. Her strengths are exceptional desktop research, data mining, drafting and report writing skills, Ability to create, edit, and present information in a clear, concise, and presentable style of writing based on sound knowledge of both precis & verbatim writing, high confidentiality and sensitivity in handling of data, information, and documents. She has in-depth experience in proceedings writing in a national and international setting related to the WASH, SRH, and SLM sectors.

15 Years of Experience

Said Sheikh Abdirahman; Lead Interpreter

Said is a seasoned professional with 15 years’ experience in communication, education, law, social and development issues having worked with the United Nations, various governments in the Horn of Africa, and international media companies such as the BBC. He is fluent in English, Somali, Kiswahili and Arabic and present enormous writing and transcription skills. At juba state of Somalia Said’s duty was to oversee translation of new legislation from English to Somali and vice versa, between 2007 and 2011 he worked with BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) and some of his duties   developing a communication strategy to the BBC clients and the stakeholders, disseminating media information, developing analysis on political development in the Horn of Africa and the Middle-East, monitoring media outlets broadcast in Arabic and Somali languages, providing analyses, roundups, profiles and background on the key development in Sudan and Somalia.

Rosemary Wanjiku; Administrative Coordinator

4 Years of Experience

Rosemary has over 4 year-experience as an administrator in the events and hospitality field. With her good experience in administration work, she ensures a smooth running of the organization and assignments by handling all administrative tasks. Rosemary coordinates general operations, serves as a point of contact for our team and customers, and ensures everything is on schedule to meet of exceed deadlines. Her key strengths include good oral, interpersonal and communication skills. She also have strong organization skills and maintains schedule to help or team meet deadlines and file confidential paperwork.
